My first try was pasta with tomatoes, black olives, garlic and feta.
it seemed pretty foolproof for a first attempt. I threw in some spinach I had on hand, too, and used pasta that was made with veggies. I wanted to make sure I got my daily veggie allotment haha, and then some.
It turned out pretty good, and I had leftovers for a few days. Definitely a recipe I can add to my arsenal!
